Motivated staff, they smile all the time. The room is luxurious and extremely spacious with an amazing view of town. Overall an excellent experience, would be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were moved to a fairmont king room and had multi-channel TV, a coffee maker, and a sitting area. The location of the hotel was marvellous and super - within walking distance of a modern shopping mall.

We really enjoyed amazingly comfortable and stunning rooms with view over city. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The location was great and super - near the biggest shopping mall, many restaurants and the train station and business area in shishli.
